Whispers are spreading in back alleys across Terra.  There are conflicting reports of an underground movement known only as Anakira.  Persephone and Taven are faced with a perplexing mystery as they and their team attempt to investigate the organization.  From Persephone herself being stricken with a debilitating illness, to uncovering a seditious plot to overthrow the Council, Persephone must unravel this mystery before sinister forces move against Atlanka City or the Terrans.

 

There are fractures in the foundation, rot is spreading and winds of change blow briskly.
